I’m a researcher and writer in geography, urban studies and sustainable cities.
I’m a Research Fellow at RMIT University’s Centre for Urban Research. My research emerges from cultural and urban geographies and examines human-nonhuman relations and sustainable interventions at the residential scale.
I am currently working on the Housing Energy Efficiency Transitions project, exploring the lived experiences and justice dimensions of household retrofit.
I completed my PhD at RMIT University on the role of a more-than-human idea of ‘place’ in sustainable residential design interventions in Australian cities. Prior to joining RMIT, I worked at the not-for-profit environment organisation, Renew as editor of Sanctuary magazine.
